We founded Legend Lights with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. All orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. If an item is currently out of stock when an order is placed, a notification email will be sent regarding the status of the back order and the approximate time frame in which the item will be shipped. Legend Lights is unable to guarantee transit times for our shipments as unexpected delays may occur that are outside of our control. In general, items shipped with standard ground shipping can be expected to arrive in the time frames depicted by the map below.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund the purchase price. Please note that in some cases a 20% restocking fee will be required. This fee may be waived at your customer service representatives’ discretion when obtaining your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
